Search and selection of senior and mid level executives is the core business of QRS. Our experienced consultants undertake the assignments on search and selection of personnel abiding by the highest ethical and confidentiality standards.

The standard search and selection process consists of the following phases:

- defining the requirements towards the position and potential candidates
- candidates search and composing the long list of potential candidates
- telephone screening and thorough personal interviews with the selected candidates. Creating the short list for submission to the client
- organizing the meeting of selected candidates with client`s representatives. Supporting the candidate through the whole interviewing process and the transition period
- Ensuring the success of candidate`s passing trial period

Upon client`s request the following procedures can be undertaken:

- Reference check
- outlining the initial steps in the new role
- working out the personality profile and development plan
- running several coaching sessions for facilitating in the new role

Client`s satisfaction is ensured by the cost free replacement of the candidate who failed to pass the probation period

Beside the standard search methods, QRS boosts the unique experience in third party sourcing and direct search, which is especially important for rare and hard-to-reach candidates

The Client can choose any format of search and interaction with new employee:

- The recruitment of permanent staff, when the new employee is within the Client`s company staff
- The recruitment of  temporary staff, when QRS provides the formal employment and payroll administration for the new employee.
- The new employee being employed by QRS for the probation time with further employment in the client`s company staff.
